Table was missing a piece which wasn't mentioned but could be seen in photos. They are another with only M-F pick up hours which is unfortunate but common. I purchased a wooden desk and I picked it up at Regency's warehouse. I was pleased the pickup process was easy. They had the desk out for my access. I examined it and was as described in the auction. I would definitely bid in a Regency Auction again.

Overall a great auction experience. Pickup was easy and the were very easy to communicate with. I have since saved them in my favorite auction houses, and hope to buy from them again soon.

Regency answered my email questions promptly. The sewing machine is as described and it was wrapped and packaged with care by The Shipping Grounds. As with most old machines, some replacement of parts is needed; this one needs a new electric cord. Overall I'm happy with this transaction.

Regency Auction House was one of my very first online auction buying experiences and it could not have gone smoother! I was a little nervous about how to work with 3rd party shippers, but they provided direct contact information for their recommended shipper-Shipping Grounds-Could not have been nicer!
