Paid them and they had a problem with processing payment on their end. Paid them AGAIN and still have not received confirmation of my payment nor tge item I purchased. Will be openning dispute through live auctioneers.

I really wanted this item and won it. I received email for payment and entered all my information for the payment and the payment contormation. Then I started to received emails for non-payment. Then I received an email for a dispute for non-payment. Item had been charged on my credit card. About a week later it was credited and moon auction said in an email that they had problems with their payment system and to please use the following link to pay. It looked really fishy and didn't want my credit card to be stolen. I didn't believe it was true. Finally it was true. But I will never do business with this auction house again. They are disorganized in that aspect. I didn't like and trust having to come back To give my information of my credit card and I just hope I won't get robbed. Thanks

I still don't have my item because of billing and receipt issues on their end. I paid timely-twice-and still no item.
