This was perhaps my 12th or 13th item from Worth. description was excellent, more then fair shipping prices quoted Before Hand combine that with 5 Star Customer Service and it doesn't get any better then that my friends. One of a hand full of truly Professional Houses with a Conscience. Bid without fear or reservation Worth is with you the whole way, wish I lived closer would love to attend in person.

It was difficult to order but they called an office employee and she gave them a credit card number and then easy until it did not arrive, and after 2 days I complained and again the next day when a person stated a mistake on their part as shipped elsewhere. The next day I received a message I was threatened them and refunding my order; My advice is not pay until you you your order

Item I bought was accurately described. When I called for further details the person I spoke to was very helpful.

I paid my item one month ago, so far i have not received my buying item Fan, and i ask my tracking number for shipping many many times, but so far no any response, no shipping item arrived. I called many times, no people answer. If i will not receive my item within one month, i will go to court. Please help me to ask what happen for my item, where it is? very appreciate your help.

Despite prompt emails items I paid for in August 26th still have not been shipped to me. Every time I call I get we're sorry we are backed up with shipping. Well it ain't gonna get any better as they completed another auction on Sept 16th. What are they gonna tell those customers, you may see your inventory by 2019? Very poor service after auction. They've had my money for 4 weeks and I have no items in return.

They took my money and NO items! They give me the run around and will not repond to emails!

Owner answers the phone and is very helpful... best auction house experience.

Items purchased and paid for 3 weeks ago and no sign of delivery

This is the worst auction house I have ever dealt with, speaking from results from three different auctions, with 3 different kinds of merchandise. I have deal with worse houses, actually, but two of those are out of business, and the other 3rd one, the owner is in jail.

Scam. Item was described as AUTOGRAPHED PHOTOGRAPH. I've sent the note to the auctioneer to double check if the item is genuine photo, and not a cheap mechanical reproduction (offset print etc.) before shipping. He informed me that it is indeed an offset print and not a photo. I've asked him not to send it and he agreed to refund my account. Instead, a few days later i got the package. I never got the refund. He hasn't responded to my email since then.

They were helpful in every facet of the purchase.

I must report that I regret making any bids in this company's auction. It was a multilevel poor experience. On a lot of gravures opening at $10 I made a bid in error, I as the second bid and I found the lot had suddenly jumped to $250 and I had won it. I wrote numerous times to Worth trying to explain I had no intention of bidding this amount, and they never answered me, not once. (I wrote Live Auctioneers to intercede.) When finally contacted they insisted I had to take the lot. When I received the lot I saw that almost half of the lot were either damaged, or duplicates, or both. I bought numerous gravure lots. In each Worth listed the names of photographers in the lot but when I got the gravures there was no identification on any of the photos regarding who the photographer was. I have spent hours trying to match photographers IDs with pictures and have only been successful in a quarter of the photos. I wrote Worth to ask for help in IDing the photos. They never answered me. A number of gravures turned out to be only one-half of two page spreads with no mention of this in the listings. That's simply dishonest. When I received the shipment of gravures there were no boards to protect them and they were wrapped in light plastic bags folded over and taped together with overlapping tape. Have you ever tried to take tape off of other tape over light plastic. I took me over an hour with a razor and scissors to extricate the lots of gravures without doing damage to them. And their shipping costs were absurd. I spent nearly $1000 with this company. As it stands I have no chance of recovering my money. I will never participate in their auctions again. For a third generation auction house they really suck. I regret bidding with them and I am very unhappy about my experience with them.

In any dispute, they immediately fall back on the 'this is in the fine print' with little or no desire for the client's recourse.
