Great Purchase-Says Invoice Still Pending
Great purchase and received on time. Unfortunately, I have paid and it has been delivered, but Burley hasn't recorded on Live Auctioneers that the transaction is complete. It's important for auctioneer to keep the records straight on Live Auctioneers who has NO telephone number for customer service.

Hi Turner, Your invoice from the December auction is showing as paid in Live Auctioneer's system. We do not use the Live Auctioneer's invoicing module if that's what you're looking at. The invoice you received and paid was directly from the auction house.
