I won an auction item (a small knife) a month ago which has not even been shipped as far as I know (no tracking number). Czerny's charged me a VAT tax on the shipping cost from Italy. I have purchased many knives from the EU and have never been charged a VAT on shipping costs. In addition, Czerny's charged me double the standard shipping cost from the EU to California. Czerny's Auction House has left a sour taste in my mouth and I would not consider using them again.

I won three items in the auction on Sept. 14, 2019, held by Czerny's Auction House. I paid invoice in full amount right after bill was received. It took them several weeks to send the items out to me. And one of the 3 items was damaged upon receiving. I took photos and wrote them to report the damage right right after received the package. I requested to return the damaged item. But they refused to accept my return request. I am still in contact with them to get this issued solved.

I have been now repeatedly purchasing from Czerny’s Auction House and will continue to do so. A reliable auction house with well selected products! Highly recommended!

very very slow to ship items. Shipping cost high quick delivery but a extremely slow shipping 8-10 weeks after the auction.

Four comments:-I find their buyer's premium too high compared to other houses-The surcharge for credit payment is distasteful given the profits they make-They don't have enough photos online of the items for auction-They take too long (60 + days) to get government permits to export edge weapons, again compared to other Italian auction houses

A month ago I have already payment, The auction house to permit for reasons didn't receive the local police department, Can't send items, I don't know how long to wait, can solve the problem

I have paid the invoice 1 month ago and still haven't got any answer regarding the shipping costs in order to finish the transaction and finally get the item.
