This auction house charged $50.00 USD to ship one small dinky toy to Canada. This was unquestionably the very top end of costs that I have been quoted for shipping similar Dinky toys from other US auction houses but I paid my bill and hoped for service that matched the price. We can all swallow a bit more for great service. Imagine my surprise when the package was dumped unceremoniously on our doorstep by UPS with an additional $83.69 CAD ($62.00 USD approx.) bill taped to the box. They did even so much as ring the doorbell. All other auctions houses that I have dealt with seem to know to send international packages through USPS, never through UPS. I called the auction house to discuss the shipping and was told that I should have specified a shipper, which is not wrong. However, I can't believe that they either knew so little and needed to be told and came across caring even less about me as a customer, which was how I felt after the call. Do not make the mistake I did, assuming that they know how to handle things properly, even the simplest things, or that they will try to act in the best interests of their customers.

The selections, descriptions, estimates, accepted payment methods and easy shipping for 3rd party made the experience a delight
