Great value. Fast shipping.

This people charged my bank immediately after the sale I am 30 minutes away refused to allow pick up all the information in the listing is bogus. Stated that I should go to Belgium to pick up the item and I am in New York and so are they. The never provided tracking information if it is coming from Belgium. Peddlers of copies asked for refund and nothing up to this point

VERY dissatisfied with my experience with this company. This is the second item I purchased through them and it took two weeks for them even to complete the transaction after I confirmed I wanted this coat. Then neither Jasper52 nor the shipper sent me a shipping confirmation, nor a tracking number. The box was sitting at the post office for 10 days before another issue caused me to follow up with Jasper52 customer service and I was able to get a tracking number. Had I not reached out, this would have been returned to the shipper, all because this company can't be bothered to send shipping notifications. Would NOT recommend doing business with these people.

I got conflicting information about shipping, Hand delivered, which I agreed to, then UPS shipped in a too small box and horribly packed, and at a huge rate. Having sustained additional damage, and the only response was 10 % off my next purchase. Really???

I have purchased several items over the years through Jasper and have always found them to be straight-forward, accurate, professional and clear about what the buyer's premium and shipping will be. This had not been my experience with other auction houses. I am very pleased with all aspects of working with Jasper, especially with art and rugs. I would recommend them to anyone who would ask me. Thank you, Jasper, for being the BEST auction house I have have ever had a reason to work with. I will continue to prioritize your auction house over ALL others when I go looking for auction items.

Jasper52 communicate extremely well, keep their customers informed on the process, and are a pleasure to deal with-based on their excellent customer service I will do business with them again, and follow their auctions.

Very rapid response, items packed very well and attention to detail in the description of the item. I would definitely look for other items of interest from this seller. Bidding on this item made me aware of other items available directly from the seller, who seems to have a good selection of antiquarian books.
