No problems, a good experience.

The auction was in charge of shipping. The items were breakable yet haphazardly packed and the bottom of the box was wide open when delivered. There was little to none protection for the earthenware pieces purchased.

Bit hard when no real need to be.

Aspen's web site crashed after the auction, so my billing was a week late. The owner, Tom, more than made up for that afterward. This is a great small auction house I hope to deal with again!

they were very quick to call to collect the payment, but no communications after, still dont have items
