The goods were shipped on time and were exactly as described. As mentioned, shipping was just a little more expensive and I mistakenly didn't pay attention to the shipping costs before I bid.

The items themselves were as advertised, and were shipped relatively quickly. So from that standpoint, I'm happy. I did pay the auction house directly, and that seems to have caused LiveAuction to glitch a bit, thinking I haven't paid, yet. Small problem, overall. I'll be buying from this auction house again if they have stuff I like.

I mistakenly bid on three items that I didn’t want. After a few phone calls they canceled my bids no problem.

Similar to other reviewers, I won an auction on August 5, 2023 and was waiting for an invoice to pay. On August 28, 2023 a dispute is opened against me. No communication at all beforehand. Now they say that "the item has been placed back into auction" and a $45 "restock fee" is due for the dispute to be retracted. They even have the audacity to send me an invoice for the "restock fee" when they never sent me an invoice for the item won. Definitely seems like a shakedown. Be careful bidding with this seller! Better yet, purchase from one of the many honest and reputable sellers on here.

Have had the displeasure on waiting almost a month for a invoice so a payment can be made for my won item. The staff decided to insult me with a false claim that there was a dispute on my account. Have not had any issue in the past and still have made payments to another lot I had won this past weekend. The shear audacity of "GovernmentAuction" to state that the reason they couldn't send an invoice until a dispute had been cleared is abysmal. I would not want to work with this company and am glad to hear that I am "banned" from their site and future auctions from them.

I need to be aware of market values. I paid 4 times what I could have gotten the same thing at the local coin store. That was my issue. They handled it professionally. Good with shipping and a clean product.

GovernmentAuction was able to deliver all auctioned valuables except for one item. The refund of the money for the non-deliverable ring went smoothly and in a highly professional manner. I will bid again.

Fast, accurate and smooth transaction

Still shows as waiting to be shipped. I bought a couple of things from them one arrived fine this still shows as waiting to be shipped. Also funny thing. It was listed as selling for $1 until the last minute on both. Then a bidder suddenly drove it to $60. Kind of shady.

Great communication and quick shipping

I was told in 2021 i could retract bid since the item was not authentic. Two years later i am told i have to pay $45 to remove a negative dispute showing on my record for the retracted bid. I pay it and they will not respond to remove the negative dispute. Will not go back to this auction house.

The auction process was fairly simple. Prices are fair. Make sure to Look at size descriptions of what you are buying as the photos are enlarged so you can see details, and actual item received may be smaller than expected

I am extremely dissatisfied as I won an item but never received it. I tried emailing them 3 times, but no one responds. Not a very good way to handle an auction.

There was an issue with a couple of items and they remedied it very professionally and promptly. They also never made made me feel like I was a bother, which is huge to me. 5/5 would recommend!

Inaccurate representation of item. Did not the ring pictured. I have contacted BBB. Wish I had read past reviews before bidding with this auction house. Many websites are calling out Paul Sabesky as a con artist across the internet
