Great location to pick up hidden treasures and pleasant staff.

I bought a photograph that was described as autographed. There was no COA and I should have done my due diligence in researching, but when it arrived it was clearly a fake. I found it online for sale in mass, as proof. It was really indecent to advertise the item simply as autographed when it clearly wasn’t a real one. The seller responded to my message by saying they do not check all their items prior to listing (this has got to be untrue since they must know roughly what to expect from a sale) but that I could send it back for my money back. I had paid an exorbitant amount to ship the poster so it wouldn’t even be worth my while to return it. Won’t do business with these people again

Was a bit surprised at what they charged for shipping-much higher than actual cost. Do not like paying these large shipping fees.

Buyer beware! Acknowledged catalog error but refused to pay either shipping charge or return shipping charge. Not proper for internet sales!

This was the largest purchase I have ever made and this auction house did a great job. Most importantly the cards were securely packed and arrived in perfect condition. Extremely happy with the entire purchase arrangement.

Works they are passing off as originals by Banksy, Haring, etc. are counterfeits (confirmed with Banksy's Pest Control).

Great item

My item arrived and is very nice. It is as described. The shipper that they use is expensive. When I got their price to ship, it was twice what I expected. If you contact them, it can be reduced. They added the cost of too much insurance and signature request. For my item, I did not need or want those items but they just added them.

While I was very happy with my purchase, the shipping expense was over the top expensive.

Very efficient service. Payment requested and acknowledged very promptly and item delivered to a local courier company-equally efficient-for onward processing to the UK. All questions were answered quickly. Very highly recommended, I hope to buy through them again.

I sent the items I purchased to Roger Epperson and he said they were not authentic. All fake. Too bad!

Some of the books had very noticeable damage which was neither photographed or disclosed in the description. In fact, ironically, the description stated that any significant issues would be photographed. When contacted and notified of the damage it was brushed off as there were too many items to inspect them all. Isn't that their job? Isn't that why they charged me a Buyers Premium? They made no offer to make this right.
