I received an invoice the day following, which was paid the next day. A week or so later, hearing nothing, I emailed them, asking for ship info. Did get a reply, which didn't say much of anything, and then heard nothing until delivery, which was 18 days post auction. The time would have tolerable (sort of) if I had any decent communication.

Joel was very helpful and professional. I would buy from him again.

Wish shipping was faster

Joel is the best! I love that shipping is included, it makes the whole purchase so easy and seamless! My experience with this auction house has been so good that it's the only one I actually look for when I go to Live Auctioneers.

I had trouble contacting the auction house by phone regarding registration. The phone number that was provided went to voicemail and was full. I found another number and nobody responded to my calls. I finally reached them via email and received the help I needed
