Never received the item

This purchase was a Christmas present, and the auction house worked with me to ensure that it was delivered in time.

The emerald necklace I bought was a joke. As was the “authentication” certificate. Of course, I didn’t know that for a MONTH afternIn” won” the auction. I had to call to check on it (of cours, they had my money), and they stammered and gave me some ********** and bull story about wanting to make sure it was as represented. Then the 2-day delivery via UPS took 9 days!! MISERABLE experience!! But, you live and hopefully you learn in life. Never again for this outfit.

Had to call for a shipping confirmation and tracking number and they were super gracious and helpful. Just would have liked that to be sent went my payment went through or after they shipped it without having to call.

All of the loose diamonds I bid on and won were suddenly "unavailable" after the auction. I understand companies sell on more than one platform but it seems odd that all that I ordered weren't available and they didn't have anything comparable to offer.
