I have a check floating out their to some place in Vegas. I don’t know if I’ll ever get my stuff. I’ve prchased 34 items from invaluable since I’ve used you. I’ve been able to pay and receive most of that. With your company you let sketch people in who only take money orders, checks, wire transfer. Who pays with these methods? Sounds like criminals to me.

It has been many weeks and my purchase has not arrived despite the auction house depositing by check. Either I receive my purchase or refund my payment. This was the worst experience I have had with an online experience. The manner in which the payments were handled were from the dark ages. I cannot believe they do not use Visa or Mastercard. Overall a very unprofessional experience.

It's been several weeks since my check arrived and was processed, but I haven't heard anything back about the actual shipment details even though I have reached out several times. At this point, I want a refund since I still haven't received my items.

Your auction was very difficult and I will not use ever again! Still don ‚ Ä ô t have my win and if it comes on my credit card I don ‚ Ä ô t want any part of it!

I still do not have the item. Shipping is a big problem as they are making it very difficult to ship using USPS. I won't buy from them again.

i sent a check last week but have not received any communications since. I had a phone call but have been unable to get anyone to pick up when I call back.

This was a scam art auction with most items “in the manner of” and was duped into thinking I was bidding on something of 30-40000 in value. It’s a lie and false advertising. Im new to the auction process and my inexperience was proven. I’ve written correspondence to live auctioneers but have heard nothing back on how to deal with such an unscrupulous auction house

I haven't received my item yet and it's been almost a month. First they double-charged me and I had to wait a week for them to back that off of my credit card. Then they over-charged me again, but said they would send me a check with my item. Then they shipped my item to the wrong address, after I checked with them several times. On top of that, they will never respond to me about any questions. USA Live Auctions is the worse. If you do Google Searches on them, you will not find anything, because they're a 'rinky-dink' company and they will dodge emails/calls. I've been buying in auctions for more than 10-years and this is by-far my worst experience! If they get this message, have the manager contact me at **********.

The only comment is when the shipping company uses peanuts, Styrofoam peanuts. But that's shipping company

Your website as not clear about "auction clicking" process. Bidding at various sites, there is a "security" reminding that you can chosse between 2 click and 1 click to bid. I hds an issue with my friends and some clicked (well, could be the puppy paw on the sofa) without confirmation requested or "one-click Process" activated. Thus, I shall pay more than 1'000 USD + expensive overseas shipping as very heavy + taxes for an item that I do not want. I shall not pay. ps: artwork description is VERY poor. That's why so many artworks are ot sold compared to famous auction houses. pls improve that.
