I bought an item (on July 4th, Salvador Dali's Silver Medals); which I paid once I received the invoice. To date, I have not received the item; I have sent a couple of emails to the auction house to request shipping status but have not gotten the information requested (tacking info and shipping status). If I do not receive the item within the next few weeks I am going to start a dispute to claim my reimbursement. I do not know if there is a way you can assist in this process-either to check where the item is or with the claim. Thanks, Luis
