I have participated in many auctions both live and online with this auction house and have always had a great experience.

Very polite and helpful-will be bidding with again, truly went "above & beyond"!

After contacting the recommended shipper to handle my successful bid, I received a call from the auctioneer saying the shipper refused to handle my delicate porcelain! However, this auction house owner really did go "above and beyond" by hand delivering my item. The extra payment was equable to shipping charges and I met the auctioneer at the interstate for exchange. He was also driving further to deliver other fragile items that had been refused! Pleased I was not left in panic and my item safely delivered.
