Extremely pleased with my purchases from their recent sale. Each of the six pieces was accurately described. Spoke to the Gallery twice on shipping. They were friendly and certainly customer focused. They provided a list of several shippers as is appropriate. Was easily the best experience I had using an outside shipper! The gallery delivered the pieces to the shipper I selected at no additional cost. This in itself was a great service. I selected to go with Frank, the owner of the UPS Store, in Albertson, New York. Frank provided the most exceptional service and fair cost than I have experienced with any other auction house's recommendation for shipping. Provided a very fair price to ship and carefully pack for the cross country journey. Each auction item was separately boxed, expertly packed to avoid damage, and shipped in one large box, which amounted to a cost savings on shipping. Frank responded to my initial inquiry promptly and followed-up promptly to ship after the gallery had delivered the pieces to him. Albertson is on Long Island, NY. If you are shipping any fragile items, whether from World Auction Gallery or elsewhere, I highly recommend that you contact Frank at the UPS store in Albertson. World Auction Gallery LLC is family owned and demonstrates their years in the business by their outstanding customer service. Thank you.
