Invoice received around two weeks after the auction ended. Seems to be a common complaint with this auctioneer. Everything ran smoothly thereafter. If you’re buying something for someone’s birthday for example, make sure to plan in a couple of weeks extra ….

I purchased a piece of jewelry, which arrived looking just as I expected. Invoicing took a few days, but delivery was pretty fast. I emailed a question and it was answered positively within a day. I wouldn't hesitate to bid with them again.

While I like the ring I finally received, I found it challenging to work with this auction house. I was expecting a wait. For my invoice, but once I paid I didn’t hear back until I had messaged them twice on Live Auctioneers and once on their own site. Then shipping was delayed because they 1. Addressed a package to my with FedEx and I had to tell them to change the address or use a different carrier and B. The package was picked up by DHL by mistake and I had to wait until it was returned for it to be reshipped. Three times I asked for shipping to be expedited because of their delays and they ignored it and still have not responded to that. I’m sorry... when I mistake is made, it would have been good service to not send it by economy! They were polite, but it was a frustrating experience.

Took about 3 weeks to receive an invoice and charged additional fees to process payments however I chose to pay. Once they shipped however, items did arrive quickly.

Very slow to issue the invoice, several days after liveauctioneers told me I had won. I even chased by email. Do not like PayPal surcharge. No acknowledgement that payment was received. No confirmation that they have shipped, no tracking number. I have still not received the item.

Need to show the watch from all angles. Need to describe the physical condition and working condition. Need the watch reference number to look up the model
