I ordered a set of 8 carved wooden horses. The horses were loose in an old wood cigar with inadequate packaging inside to provide any protection. They freely slid around inside the cigar and could easily have been broken during shipping. The was wrapped in bubble wrap and well packaged at that level. The contents of the ... not really protected. It's surprising they arrived without damage.

The BEST experience! The shipping process is what will bring me back time and time again! Not to mention how personable and kind the auctioneer was. 5 stars all around!
