Scott went above and beyond in the handling of my purchase. the shipping costs were actually inexpensive and the cookie jars were packed to go around the world. he also was very fast in answering my questions. i will be doing more business with this company

Good purchase correct item description

My first purchase from them, and very happy. Communication was timely and efficient, payment went well, and they shipped it quickly. Item was large and a bit fragile and they did a great job with padding, wrapping, boxing, etc. Couldn't be happier.

Well interestingly Scott shipped me the wrong Ukulele and he immediately sent me the correct one. I was supposed to get a label to return the one he sent and I contacted the Company but still did not receive a label. I don’t know if it is not cost effective for them or if this was simply overlooked. In either case the mistaken one is still here packed and ready to go out. Hopefully someone will read this and advise one way or the other. I am 100 % whole and have the item I bought and service correcting the mistake was Stellar.

This was my first auction and had a few questions. All my questions were quickly responded to. In addition, they called me see which method of shipping I preferred. Looking forward to seeing other auctions from Scott Daniel’s Auctions.

Had an issue with the items I received in prior auction and left what I felt was the appropriate feedback. Scott called me immediately and compensated me for the issues I had experienced. He is obviously very conscientious about his clients satisfaction. I would not hesitate to deal with Scott again knowing he has my back and will do anything in his power to "make it right". Try getting that kind of attention from the Humongous auction houses. Already looking forward to my next transaction with the Scott Daniels auction house!

We've purchased many items from Scott Daniels over the years. He's super knowledgable and goes out of his way to accommodate his customers (e. g. delivery requests, etc). Items were exactly as described. His passion and love for what he does are evident. If you are lucky enough to live nearby, it's worth a visit just to meet and chat with Scott in person.

Fast service, very friendly and incredibly fair shipping prices unlike most auction houses who GOUGE the buyers cause they have them at their mercy. However.... everything I purchased had MAJOR water damage and required extensive restoration work. There was no mention about Mold, Mildew, etc in the description. Also photos of the backs of the framed items were not included which would have showed the damage to the buyer. I spent almost $4000 on these items so I wish that I knew about these issue cause I definitely grossly overpaid due to the condition. Had these items been in the condition I "Thought" they were in I would highly recommend this auction house to anybody. Hopefully in the future they wont hide these glaring issues in their descriptions of the items they are selling.
