I have never received an invoice or the item I purchased from these people. Terrible.

The BNO people were exceptionally helpful but their system was poorly conceived.

Many extra contacts and the person selling was not that responsible for responding to my emails. Very time consuming for buyer, extra work dealing with three companies just to get the item. (Auction company, owner of item, shipping) Would not recommend this company.
