We won an auction from Carousel Gallery a few weeks ago for a wonderful Michael Sears painting. Everything about this endeavor was fantastic! Our bid was accepted and we drove south from Cape Canaveral to pick up our purchase. We loved visiting the gallery and seeing other pieces available. We hope to make purchases again in the future. Thank you!

this is the worst auction house I have run into in almost 30 years of dealing with auction houses. most are decent people with a great deal of professionalism. this one took pictures that concealed the damage and described it as in good condition. the only bottle that was half decent in an otherwise trash lot had a massive chip in it. these people after my complaint tried to blame postage but that was perfect, then just said I was wrong. in my opinion this was a fraudulent act trying to get a few bucks for what would have been trash but for the lies and deceit. i rarly leave feedback but want everyone dealing with this auction house to be very careful. I of course will never do business with them again. try to be honest and stop scamming people

The descri [ tion for the 2 dolls I won said that there was no damage but in reality, the one doll's head was broken off and just hanging by the hook and the neck around it was broken so I don't think it can even be fixed. Then their shipper charged me $114 to ship 2 medium-sized dolls to me. SO I just threw away the $30 cost for the one doll and $57 shipping for a doll that I can't do anything with. Not good business!

I bought a Steiff bear that said “Original Box”. When the bear arrived the box was from a completely different bear. From pictures you could have not seen the ear tag, but anyone knows you need to match product with box.

Carousel Gallery did as they said and UPS did the rest. My Armani arrived in perfect condition and she is a beautiful addition to my collection. I have another on the way.
