Goasby is able to provide information on dating, iconography and the provenance of their listings unlike almost all of the other auction houses I frequent, they're more like the bigger vendors like Bonham's, and their listings have reasonable prices.

Will never purchase from them again!!!

After I bought the bag and paid for it, they told me it was a fake. Then they offered to pay me back.... they failed the bank transfer because they didn't use the correct numbers (failed to input the banks BSB number), and blamed me. They made the decision to deduct the fees from this failed transfer from the money they owe me. Now they are telling me they will pay me back by Pay Pal, and I'm still waiting. I paid AUD $600 and with the deducted bank transfer fees they tell me they are going to pay me back approx. AUD $422. So I'm not impressed at all.... I will be very surprised if I see any money back and the whole process seems like a scam to me...
