Unfortunately you purchased an item from us without reading the terms and conditions about shipping. You were unhappy with the shipping price and told us to throw the item in the garbage. After a few days you inquired about your tracking number. We provided a transcript of your request. We are still holding the item for you as stated in our correspondence should you choose to want the item. +

High Shipping Prices!
Items were as described and in great shape. However, despite their auction policies saying they will use USPS Priority, for which this item would qualify, the shipping costs were double what the actual shipping costs should have been. Seems like a good auction house, but shipping was overpriced.

Slow ship
Slow shipping, rifles were not protected enough and came damaged, perp sight was broken off rifle. It would have been very easy to unscrew the sight and wrap separate, F for shipping

Overall good business
Will buy some more from them it's a good business only problem is how long it takes to process your bids but I'm pretty sure they have a lot to do with how much they auction off very helpful workers

Krys, We are sorry you had a less than pleasant experience with us. As per our phone conversation the price you pay for an item is totally independent from shipping costs. Due to the item you purchased regulations state it needed to be mailed 2nd day air, as per our conversation. We also attempted to go out of our way to ship via USPS for you. Confusing instructions
Post auction instructions were not clear that you needed to call to pay $5 handling fee then an addition handling fee at shipping. This very easily could be remedied by indicating that $5 handling fee will be added to invoice unless they are contacted otherwise. I waited 2 additional weeks to get train.

No problem with auction, get quotes on shipping
Used house recommended shipper. Over charged/over packed. I assume house and shipper must share in shipping charge fees. Tried to discuss with shipper (Robert?) and he was dismissive and rude. I participate in many online auctions/week, these charges were excessive. Would not use Teel again due to shipping. Made shipper aware of this. “Whatever”

Lovely Comforter, Great Condition
While I found the people at this company to be very nice, and the Comforter has been cleaned and now sits on my bed, I can no longer afford to do business with online companies who use outside shippers. They just charge way too much, especially for those of us who buy primarily to resell and spend thousands on inventory.

They will charge an arm and a leg for shipping and handling
Unless it's a necessity, I would not purchase from them. They charged me way too much for a clock to be shipped

Jay, Teel Auctions does not handle shipping or prices for shipping as per our terms and conditions. Yes we do have a local shipper that we recommend however it is not required that he is used. We often recommend that buyers request a shipping quote prior to bidding. We leave shipping completely in the control of our bidders. We have had multiple bidders over the years who have supplied their own shippers and we are happy to facilitate and assist whatever in method is preferred. Thanks Teel Auctions
