I won this item and paid the day I received their invoice. I requested tracking numbers so I could follow the shipping. I didn’t receive any. I was then told “We’ll ship it on Thursday”. A week passes, and still nothing received, merchandise or tracking info. Subsequent attempts to call them were met with a full voicemail recording. Google searches showed the company out of business. I finally got money back via a fraud complaint with my bank. I never received anything at all in the mail. BUYERS BEWARE!

I want an item my card was charged, over a month later no item. I contacted the company to find out what was going on on several occasions finally your response telling me they refunded my money?!? No explanation Or a reason why they did not ship the item

If u win something on their auction might as well have just tossed the money out the window, and good luck getting ahold of them tried every which way possible. I'm still ignored, i even got bidder support involved they obviously don't care about that either. Bidder support contacted them on my behalf 3 times already. And still not a peep. I hope everything is ok over there. If everything IS ok. Then they are just jerks

Misrepresented their business and the item and then after providing an in-house, manufactured COA, instead of acknowledging mistakes they filed a dispute.

Took over a month to send lots then only after 5 phone calls I received 2 separate packages and the last product never came and now over a month later I am informed of a refund for my parcel no explanation for the not sending the product communications very hard to get them on the phone they have magic jack makes me wonder.

Smooth operation but poor quality of product.

I paid over $90.00 for an auction item with shipping and never received it. I contacted the auction house three times-first it was on its way, 2nd the sent a message a shipping number saying it had been delivered and this was an item from an earlier auction, third, when I let them know they never responded. Reached out again asking for my item or refund and never heard back. I would not use this auction house. It also took over a month to ship the one item from an earlier auction.

It says it's a driftwood fox, BUT IT IS NOT in reality it is a made in China plastic item made to look like driftwood.

But they are new and made in China out of resin, that was not disclosed.

I never got an invoice for the won items! I wrote several emails but never got an answer! Now they canceled everything I won and said it was a terrible mistake something went wrong with the auction! I know it was because I bought it under price! Beware! It seems I was not the only one who had bad experiences with them!

I received my ship and was worried on they they were going to ship. I've never seen such well packaged and safe packaging. No need to worry. A + transaction

Yes, great items I purchased for Christmas ornaments and I would definitely buy from them again, I really like more Nautical Folk decorative objects.

Emailed them numerous times trying to find out why my item wasn't shipped. They finally issued a refund without explaining why they wouldn't ship the item. Makes me wonder if they simply didn't like the price realized and then chose to ignore the transaction but keep the money.

They were fine. The item was as offered. I liked it. I just thought it took longer to get my item than it should have taken. I would bid with them again.

I WAITED 25 DAYS FOR THIS ITEM AFTER 21ST CENTURY PROCESSED MY PAYMENT. THEN I SENT THEM AN EMAIL INQUIRING AS TO ITS STATUS AS IT HAD NOT ARRIVED... ONLY THEN... ONLY THEN!!! DID THEY REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY WITH A STATEMENT THAT THE ITEM (AFTER 25 DAYS) DID NOT MEET "PASS THEIR QUALITY CONTROL". WASNT AWARE IT TAKES 25 DAYS FOR A COMPANY TO INSPECT AN ITEM THEY ARE OFFERING AT AUCTION... ALSO WAS NOT AWARE THAT THEY WOULD NOT MAKE ANY ATTEMPT AT COMMUNICATING THIS INFORMATION ON THEIR OWN AND MAKE AN IMMEDIATE REFUND INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR A CUSTOMER TO LODGE A COMPLAINT.... The shipping oricess was very slow and communications were not answered in a timely manner. I was told my item should ship on a certain date and it shipped later than promised. I will never buy from 21st Century Auctions again

As I watched the bidding live I could see the bids run up to my maximum bid and I was outbid on a few items. Then mysteriously the winning bidders bid was retracted making me the winner at my max bid. That was the first red flag. Secondly I contacted the auction house requesting to speak with someone and was assured a manager would contact me but nobody ever did. I was never issued an invoice and after a few weeks I was informed the auction house reported me for non payment. Finally 50 days after the auction ended an invoice was sent to me via live auctioneers staff. Upon review of the invoice the auction house requested a copy of the front and back of my credit card as well as a copy of my photo identification. That was the last red flag and I refused to participate with the auction house due to fraud concerns in bidding and in payment. The items were of low value. I am not the first person to report these bad business practices and this auction house should be removed. Although I have made many fast and quick transactions with other auctions, I now have a black mark on my profile due to this bad business. Stay away.
