I checked all of our incoming emails and did not see a request for a shipping quote. Sorry your request did not make it to us. You can always call us at 610-485-7400 to request a shipping quote. Shipping is always at an additional cost and never included in the sale price.

Sorry you are not happy with your antique clocks. We always sell clocks as non running. We do not use second hand bubble wrap or paper when shipping. You requested that we not use packing peanuts, which we obliged and used filler paper. We also double boxed the clocks. We often use recycled boxes. We know how to ship clocks and did not "shove a ton of paper" inside the chamber. Just enough to keep the pendulum from running. This clock and all of our clocks are sold as "not running". This was known before bidding. When you received the clock and it was not running, you now want us to pay for repair of the clock and threaten a bad review if we do not comply with your shakedown. We offered to refund your entire purchase price including packing and shipping to you. All you had to do was pay for shipping back. This was not acceptable to you. You were not interested in a return, only a payment for fixing the clock.
