I am very pleased with my overall experience and the item that I purchased.

I’ve been a customer selling and buying for ten years if my math is correct, but am somewhat disenchanted after a few incidents. I’m still waiting for payment after two plus years for music rolls taken on consignment and “lost” in a warehouse. I’ve been promised payment twice by text yet it hasn’t happened. I purchased some items from a sale and a rolling office chair armrest was ripped yet no mention of it in sale. And not visible to the eye in the photo. Recently I purchased two chairs for too much money as the paint was off the wicker in numerous places and the legs were beat up yet neither of those issues were in the description and again not visible or noted in photos. Same with a framed watercolor-had water damage but not stated or highlighted. It’s always Buyer Beware and I rarely have a chance to physically preview, but it’s disappointing to spend hard-earned money and not get what you think you’re bidding on. Also online bidding is not always in real time and difficult to do sometimes but that could be a connection issue. That aside: Rachel is great. And always helpful and accommodating.

Seem honest compared to the other auction houses that still have my items and between them and their so called shippers I don't know where 4 guitars are or if I'll ever even see them

I was hesitant about participating in an auction so far from Virginia, but it ended up being a very enjoyable experience, mainly because of the kind people who work at State Line Auctions. Rachel was especially helpful and suggested a gentleman to deliver the mirror to my home. Mirrors are problematic in general because of their delicate nature, but since this one has a solid wood frame, it was easier to handle. When you have the right contacts, buying at an auction becomes so much easier. I now feel comfortable to participate in future auctions held by State Line Auctions!

Two and a half weeks after paying my invoice at State Line Auctions and their UPS Store # 2391 has just today made the pickup to pack and ship my lots. I am also not too happy with the customer service at State Line Auctions for letting this happen.

They were very friendly online, on the phone, and in person, and even helped me load my purchases into my car when I came to pick them up. It was my first time bidding with this auction house, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but this was as painless as it gets.

The communication with this auction house was prompt and very helpful. I have communication issues after cancer. They accommodated all my needs and issues. I seldom get that kind of personal help from bigger auction houses, who could learn a lesson in customer service from these people.

I have bought a number of items from Stateline and they have always been accurate in their descriptions and provided great service
