GREAT AUCTION, FAST SERVICE

The auction house didn't respond to 4 emails and a voice message I left to let them know of my address. They sent it to an old address days after I called and emailed them and then the shipping company charged me additional for the re-direct. To this day the auction house still will not pick up their phone or respond to my emails.

Great people to deal with.

For some reason I have not received the items I paid for in their last auction. They have not responded to phone calls or email inquiries concerning the matter. Very dissapointed.

After payment, I asked for a tracking number and the auction house never replied. No receipt was ever issued either.

I am disabled and sell men's collectibles on-line as a living. Lemar runs a great auction and everything works better than expected. On top of that the human element is something special. They are always so nice to me, patient when I; m having trouble communicating, and always willing to box things up and carry them out for me. In short, they go the extra mile. I am a customer for life.

The item won in the auction, along with the shipping ($70.80 for the item with buyer's premium, plus $120.51 for shipping & handling) was paid immediately upon invoice receipt. However, after more than two weeks, the item has never been received. Multiple attempts to reach out to Lemar Auctions and Estate Service have been unsuccessful and all messages sent to them have gone completely ignored. This auction service appears to be fraudulent. We have filed a complaint with PayPal (the method used to pay) and now PayPal is awaiting a response from Lemar Auctions and Estate Services, which does not appear to be arriving anytime soon. Dealing with Lemar Auctions and Estate Services. has turned out to be a complete nightmare, and they are the cause of fear many people have when it comes to online auctions. It is not at all advisable to deal with Lemar Auctions and Estate Services.

It would be cool to be able to submit a bid lower than the starting bid when the item isn't getting any action

I would like the auctions houses in general to take small packages to the Post Office and see how "inexpensive" it is to ship to Canada. I just received an 11 x 17 envelope with a ring inside and it was marked $2.71 usd shipping fee. It was from Mid-Hudson Auction Galleries... one of your other auction houses. Maybe pass that along. I am so overcharged by these auction houses it is enough to make you cry. I am a re-seller and sometimes there is no profit left for my animal rescue sanctuary which is how I raise money to take care of them. Christine -Canada V0J 1S0

Good communication and fast, reasonably priced shipping. Other houses have charged, in my opinion, a premium on shipping. This house was more than fair.
