Fake items made of plastic or resin
This auction house sell fake antiques. Items I won from bidding are either made of plastics or been treated with resin. Very disappointed! They should be banned from liveAuctioneers.

Auction house advertised items deceptively. I had the items tested by a GIA certified appraiser. The items were fake.

Lately I've been disappointed with the item that I have been received. I bid for an orange-red jade necklace. the one I received is light brown with Crack cut through each stone. It cost me money and I can not wear a Crack jade necklace. I will not do any more bidding.

They initiated a complaint against us when we had not even received an invoice. They said they had sent it but we had received nothing.

Photos are misleading because they make items look bigger than they are. It would be most helpful to have an item shown next to something typically found in a household, perhaps a teaspoon so potential buyers can make a size comparison. I have two main complaints: 1. Posts are much too thin. They bend very easily when putting on, and taking off the backs. I expect it won't take more than four or five wearing shorts before they break off. Then I will have the additional cost of replacing them. 2. I purchased two dozen pieces of jewelry. Many deliveries contained only one item. It was very inconvenient having to make arrangements to have so many shipments be signed for. Overall I believe I would have purchased higher quality jewelry had I spent the same amount of money ($22, 000 +) in a local jewelry store in Denver. I will not buy from you again, nor recommend your site.

I won an auction for three Chinese Tang musician statues as a group for $300on April 26. Soon afterward, Royal Collections emailed me to say that they broke one statue in the packing process. They told me to contact LiveAuctioneers for a refund. They clearly had never done a refund. When I asked if I could buy the remaining two statues, I received no reply. I did finally get my refund after I contacted both Royal and you several times. Yesterday, I again contacted Royal to see if I could purchase the remaining two statues. This time I did get a reply to say that they were being auctioned yet again on June 7-items 134C and 134D. And now they are being offered individually with starting bids of $200! Somehow this process seems terribly unfair and unbusinesslike.

royal collection is fraudulent in that everything I paid for was synthetic. Not as advertised. Your royal collections is a royal pain in the **********. dishonest, and this says a great deal about your screening of the clients you represent.
