The majority of the life was long gone when I received the t-shirt. Price was fair enough but the shirt was below par.

My favorite local auction house. So many fun items to browse through, and I always have a warm reception from the proprietors at the shop.

I bid on and won a large and fragile late 19th century ceramic. I was frustrated that they did not allow online payment and while they did contact me for payment, it is difficult for me to make calls during business hours. I do wish auctioneers would accept the current reality of digital life and online payment. They also do not do in-house shipping. So, when making payment I asked who was doing the shipping and was told that it was already there and ready to ship. I incorrectly assumed this meant that the item was on its way. After a few weeks of not receiving the item, I reached out and asked when I might expect it and was told it was still sitting at the shipping store waiting for my payment! I asked for the contact info, emailed the shipper and finally got my item a total of 3 weeks after winning the auction. That being said, the item is absolutely authentic and beautiful.

Fox & Crane was great and very responsive. Shipping was really disappointing. I purchased a small tin toy, 4 "by 5 1/5" and it cost over $35 to ship which was insane. It came in a medium sized box and was definitely well packaged but let's be real... the UPS Store used for shipping was definitely lining their pockets with this transaction.

This company goes out of its way to assist and be helpful. My experience related to the shipment of a heavy weight item that UPS was going to charge a mint. Fox and Crane owner Stephen packed it and took it to USPS for me. Amazing service. No other auction house will do that!

Winning, and then receiving, an item from Fox and Crane was easy and snag-free — and I got a beautiful item at an excellent value! Stephen, the owner, was prompt to reply and eager to make sure the experience went smoothly. The desk is even more beautiful in person. I hope to trade more with Fox and Crane Online Auctions in the future.

I loved the combs I bought from them, however the shipping from an outside shipper was truly exorbitant. Thank God for auctioneers who provide in house shipping at a reasonable cost! think about it!

Since the first winning Stephen was so so nice. Great guy and very, very helpful with a novice like me. Honestly is the only one that makes me feel I am not just a stranger... Even the help gave to me regarding some shipping issues wich I never had from other Auction Houses in the past. I think and believe that he and his business it's a trusted stop for everybody who loves antiques and collectibles.
