I have not received any return e-mail about my concern. **********

I asked a question about the credit card deposit and got a rude and unhelpful answer. I later won a box, paid for it, never heard anything about it anymore. Pictures and descriptions are pretty bad, but it's their luck that such is the case for most auction houses. I cannot yet say how happy/unhappy I am with the shipping process because I still haven't seen my item. I don't even know whether it was shipped yet.

I emailed the auction house a question regarding shipping the item to me and when after a week of not getting a response, I called them, I got to talk to "Will," who told me that the person in charge of shipping is out sick. I'm very disappointed that they were unable to send me a quick note saying as much and closing the loop. They don't display a professional attitude in my mind.

Auction house is very professional, very nice staff.
