During Covid it is very tricky to buy due to potentially long wait times due to lockdowns. It took me several months to obtain my product also due to these crazy Italian rules about exporting items from there greater than 75 years old and the additional fees duties and time frame to wait on the government. But the auction house and the shipment company were top notch. Highly recommend them.

The auction house makes the pick up and exportation of goods nearly impossible and any promised call back is not done. Every time we call no one is responsable. Its quite a night mare. This is about the 40iest auction we took part in italy and there was never such a problem with the export papers.

Requested more accuracy in goods descriptions; about jewels: diamonds quality, purity and the before using signs.

I received email from three different people asking for the same information and documents, very badly organized auction house and total lack of communication among them. Absurd that I couldn’t pay with any card but Amex! The worst experience I ever had!

Poor communication. Customer service lady alway ignore the email and message. Extremely delay the shipment. Payment done and clear 20 days ago and the auction house still not release the item to the shipping company. The worst experience auction service in last 3 years. David

Goodmorning. My payment is dated december 18, 2015 but Auction House started closure of 20 days !) for Christmas Holidays. Only this morning I had payment confirmation. I'll retire personally purchased item next week. Best Greetings, Vincenzo
