Apparently this is a big thing with them where they can never find an items. Its been a week already and they are saying they cant find my item in the warehouse.

One month after the auction I still have not received my goods yet. I have called several times & emailed often. Latest was Monday 29th, they sent a USPS tracking number but as of Thursday night the goods have not been given the to USPS.

My pinting was damage by poorer packaging.

I am still waiting for the auction house to reply to my email on a pair of jadeite earrings that I won a few weeks ago. I was told that due to their removal, they are unable to locate the pair of earrings that I won and would like me to select alternatives earrings shown in photos to me. Unfortunately, I only wanted the pair that o won. Upto now, they have not replied whether they have found the exact pair of earrings. I am still waiting for their response. Thanks and regards, Choi

The auction house was difficult to contact once payment was finalized! Many emails and phone calls were made. Help was requested from LIveAuctioneers which helped... There was a lack of fluidity with the English language.... receptionist. At one point the bidding ceased and I was announced as the winner in text on the computer screen... then the bedding recommenced !) and I ended up bidding again and paying more for the item! The receptionist denied this since it was erased from the screen when the bidding on this piece started again.!! Two staggered payments were arranged to be made and for the second payment the auction house utilized the credit card without asking permission.! I was glad there was sufficient funds at that time. The piece that I persevered to win, though, is extremely interesting and unusual and I think..... authentic Yuan. In general the ceramics seem to be of a higher quality than many of the on-line auction houses and (I think, without seeing them, in person) to be authentic and generally more..... interesting.
