A very friendly post-auction team was assisting in local packaging and pick-up. I give an absolutely positive Feedback.

No Paypal or Credit Card allowed for payment creates additional expense and loss of valuable time needed for more important projects. In the USA DHL is well known for their inability to deliver on time. Paid for three day service, received 6 day. Bottom line for me to do further business with this auction house would require Paypal or Credit Card for payment plus shipping via FedEx or UPS.

It's a pleasure to enjoy year for year the nice collection of phtographica items. Excellent.

I purchased the items on September 2022 with the expedited shipping option, but it's been almost 6 months and I still have not received my items. I also contacted the auction house company regarding the shipment, but they did not take follow up promptly or take responsibility with the shipment delay, instead pushing the responsibility to others, including myself. I will never purchase from this company again.

Delivery response was quick, The Leica lens elements and appearance were rated correctly and were great compared to other auction houses, but the focusing ring was extremely heavy, both of the two lenses I purchased, and I was very disappointed with the quality of the lenses and the price. I ended up going CLA.

Thank you for packing this typewriter well. The carriage issue turned out to just be due to a stuck floating dog, whereby the machine now types excellently after further servicing. Payment via wire transfers can still be inconvenient or prohibitive to the bidding on lesser-valued items given the high wire transfer fees that may be incurred.

Thank you for packing these typewriters excellently. All arrived safely and are either functional or ready to be serviced. Requiring international payment via wire transfer can still be inconvenient, though it can understandably be the only option for much higher-valued items.

Very well packaged cast iron steam engines. Was shipped promptly by DHL and received in Australia in 3 weeks. Keep up the good work! Payment system is bit strange though. You need to pay for items first and later pay for shipping.
