Very fast and professional. I will order again from them especially because in LIVEAUCTIONEERS there are some seller or auction house like Cow Boy get the payment and never delivery like for example CONNOISSEUR AUCTIONS Reference Invoice #: ********** 9-1 Never delivered since February 2018. Incredible

Shipping-premium prices, subpar service. Poor response time, incorrect quotes, and multiple attempts to get shipment status. Would purchase from auction house again but only if I manage to arrange my own shipping

The big problem we are having is shipping cost, as well as trying to get items shipped after purchase. We are now keeping a list of the places we have done business with, and how convenient the purchase and shipping experience has been. We like businesses that do their own in house shipping. It's sometimes takes weeks trying to get items picked up and shipped from some businesses. And the cost is all over the board. We are always very satisfied when dealing with Aspire Auctions, Jackson's, Woody's and a few others. Can't say the same for many others, which we are no long going to do business with.

I will be completely satisfied when my item arrives. Not sure why it has taken so long? I believe it was shipped over a week ago. It would be great if an email with tracking information was sent when item is shipped.

I paid promptly and was promised free shipping. After 2 weeks, no package. I called to inquire. After being told to call back on Monday because they were having a "tag-sale", I was finally told that my item had been double sold and was no longer available. I asked for a refund and was told a check would be mailed "sometime next week". I paid with a credit card because Gary told me that would be preferred over PayPal. I don't understand why they could not refund the $600.+ to my card. As of today, I have had no communication from them, and am still out $600. Will not do business with them again, and may report this to the Better Business if I do not receive a check by the end of this week!

I am very glad they do their own shipping, it makes it simpler, faster, and cheaper. Just sometimes, they do not pack so well:). Also, descriptions are not always detailed enough and one has to ask questions, but, alas, many auction houses are not really diligent in their descriptions, so this one is by no means the only one. And their customer service is good.
