I would say there was no problems. I used Blue Ridge Pack and Ship and that was expedient and efficient.

Great auction experience all around. Everything was prompt and friendly, from the invoicing to arranging for shipping. And the painting arrived very promptly across the country, very well packed. I'll definitely be bidding with Hilliard & Co. as it was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable experiences I've had using liveauctioneers.

They are very knowledgeable and have the most unusual things in there auctions. You can tell everything is hand picked. Any thing they are selling they have taken the time to research it and find out all that they can about it. They are honest and reliable. I highly recommend them.

They were a bit slow in sending to the shippers, and the shippers were slow and expensive, but items were packed securely and no breakage.

All aspects of dealing with Hilliard & Company was a pleasure. There invoice was timely, as was their shipping quote-and then they shipped very quickly. The truly wonderful surprise, was how beautifully and effectively my Lot was packaged. They did a far superior job of packing than almost all professional companies I have used for auction shipments. I will entirely pay closer attention to their up-coming auctions, as it was such an easy process, in all aspects!! Finally-an auction house that knows how to do it right and where I am treated like a priority!!!!
