At first, I sent numerous emails to let them know how to send me an invoice through PayPal as they instructed. I did not receive any response. I then paid for my item by wiring the monies for the item and its shipping cost as requested by the auction house, and they still do not respond to my emails even when I requested from them numerous times to respond. I still have not heard from them, nor I have received the item. Please respond back to me as to what my remedies are? Thank you Joseph **********

As i mentioned in another recent survey, it is a pleasure working with auction houses such as Origine expert, when compared with my terrible experience with Quinn's Auctions (promises of a reply but never a reply despite many emails on a TL tested as fake antiquity: https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/********** 5_costa-rican-zoomorphic-tripod-ce200-600).

item took 46 days to arrive! auction house took two weeks just to send me invoice, after I requested them several times. And worse: items didn't match description, because stands included in pictures were ' property of photographer', as an employe explained to me by phone. Communication was erratic and loose. They hardly speak any English. Painful experience from beginning to end.

I like the items offered

Till today I don't receive invoice yet. I email them take 4 to 5 day to respond. I think live auctioneers should have feedback + score percent (like eBay) to show how each auction handle business taking care costumer so very buyer can reference to that scored and feedback.
