This is the second auction by Andrew Auctions from which I have purchased paintings. The painting was as represented, timely delivered, and the overall service from Andrew Auctions was exemplary. I would definitely purchase from them again!

I purchased two paintings from Andrew Auctions. There was a shipping issue with one of the paintings, which was not the fault of Andrew Auctions. They diligently pursued the issue, and got it resolved. Andrew Auctions promptly replied to each email which I sent them. I was extremely pleased with their service and the two paintings. I would buy from Andrew Auctions again!

Andrew's consignee sent me a Giglee of the item sold. However, Andrew handles the big problem professionally and I got a full refund. Thanks!

We paid promptly.. Auction house provided false tracking number to show item was shipped but it was wrong. Never replied to several mails regarding the item. Very disappointing

Item is great and follow up was good. My issue was with the invoicing. It took a long time to get invoiced and I was told that I had been or would be invoiced several times and was not. But in the end all was fine and I would do business again.

The pictures showed the tem stretched on a frame. I received it removed and rolled up. Also, the COA was taped with shipping tape around the painting as was destroyed when removing it since it looked like just a piece of paper holding the art work in place. Contacted the auction company and after several times to try and get it returned they told me it was sold as is. After the fact-I found out the artwork was a fake. Plan on trying to stop payment on credit card and contact paypal-would never buy from this place again

Based on research I did, I believe that that the painting that Andrew Auctions advertised as being by Fairfield Porter is a forgery. Andrew Auctions did not respond adequately to questions by email. They did not respond to some of the question from me via LiveAuctioneers website. They did not answer phone calls at all.

PayPal would not go through the LiveAuctioneers website, so I had a 1-2 week delay in purchasing my painting. I HAD TO GO THROUGH THE SELLER'S WEBSITE IN ORDER TO MAKE THE REQUIRED PAYMENT.

The auction occurred in Canada, therefore the assumption was that payment was in Canadian currency. Nowhere on the auctioneer's site was there reference about prices being in American currency. When I received the bill for payment it was in USD. This was misleading and had I known I may have bid differently.
