As usual, BKG has outdone itself with its descriptions and the condition of the items they have up at auction.

BE AWARE of this company. Selling fake items. Can not get my refund of $1800.00 for 1.5 month. i am taking a legal action against BKG Antique Mall.

Shipping charges were outrageous! $110 to ship 2 toys!

Not too happy with the UPS store 6645 Bruce Kodner recommended for shipping; they forgot about my item and when they did find it, they wrapped it too tight, causing the horse's tail to break off!

Auction company with great items sold

This was my first time bidding with BKG Auctions and i could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. I had contacted them in advance to ask for a detailed condition report which they provided in detail, and suggested i use a packing and shipping company based on the fragility of the item. Expert advise for which im totally grateful. The entire experience was a pleasure right down to me opening the box. I am looking forward to bidding again with this most professional auction house. Won several sterling silver items. One of the items was not given to shippers. Told shippers it was lost. I sent several emails and inquiries to auction house and never received a response!

Auction House has still not released my clock even though it has been paid for weeks ago. Undependable delivery and release to my packager and shipper.

'Lost' one of three items. Took forever to get refund, and therefore to complete the transaction. The items that did ship were exactly as presented. Shipping was expensive even with discount, but packed very well. Overall, have to give 2-stars for loss of item and length of time to complete the transaction. Still, with all the problems (now solved), I would deal with this auction house again.

This Auction house is too much trouble to deal with.

This auction house, without notice and my proper notification to them of my designated shipper previously used, He (the shipper) drove 50 miles only to find out from an uncaring representative that it had been RESOLD. This was a highly prized piece of art purchased in good faith and all attempts to resolve this matter have been nonresponsive and uncooperative.

Would highly recommend this long-time auction. Very professional and helpful.

A pleasant transaction with Bruce Kodner Galleries. Responded to condition question giving an accurate description. Anthony at the UPS store, who Bruce recommended, did an outstanding job packing and shipping this fragile Lalique pigeon for it's safe cross country trip by UPS truck. Packaged extremely well, and shipped in a very timely manner!

I purchase a Jade inlaid wood scepter back in june and paid for. Gallery and UPS store are playing games and gives the run around going back and forth for month. November, they told me it's lock up in the safe. December I received the item, I realized one jade piece is being repaired and looks totally different than the catalog picture. Now I know why they keep avoiding me, and not responding me, and delaying the shipping, because they damaged it and sent it to repair. I am so disgusted by this.
