Lot 1132-A Nicely Carved Amber Necklace-The pendantl was advertised as platinum and diamonds. I e-mailed Antique Hunting Auction to make sure the medal was all platinum before the auction and the answer I got was yes. When the pendant arrived, I took it to a jeweller who told me that the medal was not platinum-it would have been much heavier-and the diamonds were crystals. I just e-mailed Antique Hunting Auction to tell them this and that I should get a refund for the item plus shipping because they were falsely avertising the pendant. They replied that the pendant WAS platinum and would not give me a refund. I am going to open a dispute with Mastercard. Regards, Cathy

Did not describe condition of item accurately. In fact I fell Jeffery was deceptive. Jeffery said all sales are final & would not attempt to satisfy my concerns. I would like to know how to file a complaint. **********
