Goods as described and shipped promptly

Items are as described. very reasonable Shipping charge. Great!!

I was shipped the wrong item. I attempted to contact the seller several times and finally, after weeks, resorted to contacting Live Auctions for assistance. Then the seller contacted me. I finally received the correct item, but it took several more attempts at contacting them to get a pre-paid label to return the item they shipped incorrectly. While the issue was successfully resolved, I did not feel as though I was dealing with professionals and would not buy from them again.

Description is Silver Ingots but accuatly is Cadmium & Zinc ingots. Very difficult to contact for return and refund. BESTIE JEWELRY & INC will refund only hammer price. I must pay every cost (premium, return shipping cost, payback wire transfer fee etc.) Very low customer service. I don't want to join the aucion from BESTIE JEWELRY & INC anymore.

Paid for and received the item promptly. But, despite multiple emails, it is not marked as Paid in my Won Items list. I'm not sure why a simple bookkeeping procedure has been so difficult.

All was fine and seemed reasonable and convenient to me.

First time to bid with Jamhbala and it was easy and 100 % satisfactory. Photo of item was accurate, and shipping was prompt. No problems whatsoever, and I would bid with them again.

Learned so much about items informations from talking to the owners and other customers at their store. Good experience

At this auction I bought a lot,, Jambhala Antique Auction # 1703, LOT 0220, Porcelain maiden figure , that I paid and received, but in my account instead of the PAID label, it is written PAYMENT DUE, I ask to correct the error. Thank you. Regards David

Negligent in shipping causing goods to arrive damage. Disappointed that the obvious wasn't done to ensure safe arrival of goods.
