Thank you for great service

In review of this purchase, it is not with Florida Sales, but with the quality of the stones. I would consider only of the multi jars, with some of them multi mixed up stones, of poor to unusable quality. Cheap clear quartz, cracked, many chipped, and cloudy. clearly non-useable. Few I would assign to be of semi-gem quality. I should asked further questions before the sale on these. Totally non of the cost I paid (almost $1000) with the fees, tax, shipping cost. This was my first online auction purchase experience. Florida estate sales made the purchase and deliver seamless. This was my first experience buying from an auction house and FES Grace. I was super nervous about the whole process especially because this was an expensive purchase for me. I had been looking for this type of emerald ring for years and I just couldn’t justify purchasing one at its high retail price tag. Then, I found this one for sale by FES Grace on LiveAuction for an amazing price. I emailing FES Grace directly with a few questions and I took a leap of faith. Thank you FES Grace (especially Ken) for making the entire experience fun, easy, and exciting. You provided great customer service and product description. The delivery was easy and on time. I won a 22k gold chain back in November, it was never shipped... I reached out to them on several occasions. First, they sent me invalid tracking number, then they took few more weeks trying to pinpoint the issue just to tell me that they were not in the possession of the lot because they list items from a third party STOCK LIST!!!! Then few more weeks waiting for the refund, which still hasn't materialized!!!!

I purchased this set of rubies and was very happy with the accuracy of the description. They are genuine and quite clear. After seeing these, I was quite on the lookout for rubies sold by this auction house. Unfortunately, every single lot purchased after this one has proved to be synthetic. This lot (of 3) was certainly the real deal, but seems to be quite the exception for them.

Sadly, they are so inexperienced with gemstones that they are ignorant that this word has an actual and rather precise meaning in gemology. I have found thus far only synthetic gems in EVERY purchase made through this particular auction house, regardless of source. Of course, I WILL be returning them in spite of time limits.

Items were as described. However, it seems to me that if auction houses zap our payment the next day-they should ship sooner than two weeks. And "making a label" is NOT the same as shipping.

This was a major transaction for me. All aspects of the deal were smooth. Packaging of the cards was great and everything arrived in super condition.

Rubies live up to reported condition of very fine! Gorgeous color & exceptional cut. Very satisfied!

There was a glitch in the bidding process and I won the auction at a price I did not agree to. As a repeat Live Auctioneers customer I agreed to pay for the item anyway however their uncaring attitude about the problem did not care about my future business, I will not bid with them again.

I was billed $75 for $25 UPS ground service. My items arrived dirty and covered in tape residue. This company needs to be more transparent about their shipping rates. Will never bid again.

Now that I have been notified by the mailing company, the problems seem to be taken care of. I was also contacted by Florida Estate Sales by phone and appreciate the help they provided. A very nice company to work with.

why sale fake? it is man-made diamond, why you only show diamond? i have so big loss, why do not allow return and refund

I bought some Amethyst. It was a slow day and I got a good price. When the order was sent I received the sale of Feldspar. Just a bunch of easily crumbled rocks. Not enough in the game to pursue, just despicable slime. Take your seat. Trash.
