Item as described, quick shipping, well packed.

I won and paid for two lots,.. the first lot never arrived into my country,.. months later with USPS paid the claim for my missing item,.. they would not deposit the check into my bank unless it paid the bank fees so i said i will use the check on payment for another lot,.. i won,.. and paid for,.. well knock me down with a feather that item never arrived as well,.. one not arriving could be put down to getting lost in the post,.. but two not arriving looks very suspicious i have sent many emails to them but they just dont reply i have asked them to file a claim with USPS but i neve hear from them,.. i just dont know what to do or how to get my money back,.. my friends and now myself fell like i have been scammed by them for two items not to show up sure is saying something,.. they are the worst i have ever had the miss fortune to do business with

While there are a significant number of auction services that cater to online clients, as well as in house bidders, Milestone definitely is at the top. Their quality descriptions, photographic representations, leave absolutely no cause for concern for 'remote' bidders. The invoicing, payment processing, and in particular their terrific in house packing/shipping, (an area where many other auction services are a disaster), keep Milestone ahead of the rest!

found the descriptions were not 100 % accurate and did not get what was expecting on several items. For example, the description was for two complete train sets but only one set had a powered locomotive. Also another set had only ********** locomotives. So not good value in the end. It may not have been intentional but very disappointing. will most likely just buy on Ebay in the future.
