Excellent product, best recommendations!

I am very unsatisfied with Baltic Auction Group. Payment for Spoons was proceed right away thru paypal. As soon as they received money they demanded extra payment to cover their fees, which is totally their responsibility. They probably do not want to pay sales taxes and therefore require extra money from the buyer. As a result I lost my time and money. Being good client of LifeAuctioneers for many years I am facing a payment problem. I offered different ways of payment, but Baltic Action Group wanted me to pay only "Paypal-as Family & Friends", which Paypal don't accept because Baltic Auction Group provides business account not personal. So, to me it looks like fraud and scam. Not recommends. Be careful with Baltic Auction Group

I got several items from the the Baltic Auction Group over the last few years and always enjoyed great service, fast shipment and above all-great items.

Faulse description, unfair venue. Will not be buying anything from them, nor from Liveauctioneers in general. No customer service at all.

Dear Sirs, I have a complain. I have purchased and fully paid the below located lot from Baltic Auction Group. And received it, however one of the six boxes is clearly not in accordance with discription of auction house-it is not handpainted but a printed picture glued to the box. I have provided auction house with a clear photos where all printed dots are visable and asked to have a partial refund. But they do not want to even discuss it. Please advise, I had a strong trust to liveauctioneers. Thanks, Maxim

This was the worst experience I have ever had with ANY auction house! They had no idea how to collect payment of thee funds due them. You cannot wire, you cannot send cashiers checks, you cannot use credit cards and you cannot use Transferwise, which is what they recommended! We tried everything including having our banker call them. They even filed a dispute against me! I would never recommend this Auction House. They have no business doing business in the United States because they do not operate like us. Lynn

tHe way the system with Baltic Auction is set up, it is physically impossible for a winner bidder in the US to pay their billing without opening a bank account in Europe, with Euros and [ ay from that account. I have been trying to pay this seller from day one and have used 3 different bankers we work with and it is actually physically impossible to make payment to them, On top of this, THEY HAVE FILED A DISPUTE AGAINST US!!!!! There must be other people who have experienced this problem of payment with this Company. I need some help and am VERY UPSET that they have filed a dispute when I have spent more than a month trying to find some way to pay them through their associates! Thank you Lynn E,

I was satisfied with Baltic Auction Group OU auction house. I take the opportunity to bring into your attention a fraud from another auction house: Auction Zero from UK which cheated with the item I purchased on 2015 and I had no way to bring it into your attention. I was very dissapointed from them and their fraud but also from liveauctioneers as I had no way to communicate my issue. At first they send me wrong lot, which was returned. Then they send me the actual lot which was declared as: A pair of gold Zolotas lions head ear clips, length 3cm, Wt. 20.3g, but it was a pair of earrings not ear clips (I have no holes on my ears, I cannot wear earrings...) and there was no Zolotas hallmark. Because of capital controls in Greece I delayed the payment (I had no control on that as banks were closed and funds blocked) and I have to declare that they were very surprisingly understanding on that issue. Probably because they knew they were cheating. Further details can be send to you. I have so much correspondence with them. In general, I believe that auction houses should be also rated from buyers. 2 small chips at the edge of the dial were not described and there were no detailled pictures about these defects

They were More Prompt than most people I deal with in the U. S. But I would like to know why my bids were egnored at an auction in Italy even when They were over the posted sale price

I am a buyer from "LIVE AUCTIONEERS" for years. You can look up my history and see that I bought more than 190 lots from you. With Baltic Group I never dealt before. I bit Meissen figurine and I was the highest bidder. However after that I found our that this figurine is missing 1 statue and 1 figurine. I asked them about it and even sent a picture of the original Meissen figurine telling them that parts are missing and asking them to confirm that it is original MEISSEN figurine (as they gave in the description) and I told them that I will not buy this piece if it is not genuine, original piece. They didn't confirm to me that it is genuine and to my question regarding the missing parts they said you bought it as it is. I think it is wrong Please advise what to do and how to solve this problem Thank you for cooperation Best Regards Lev
