Auction house was ready to answer questions by phone and very nice. Their list of shippers included PAK MAIL 0064 (Santa Fe) which was reasonably priced and did superb job picking up, wrapping & packing but Fed Ex did take 5 days to deliver to AZ.

Everything went smoothly from early question, to auction and purchase and finally shipping. Staff was very responsive and professional. Great experience.

Three weeks after providing wire transfer payment still no merchandise. And having a wire transfer as the only really viable means of payment is ridiculous.

The auction listings for the Charles Loloma jewelry pieces we were interested in were very good and included excellent pictures. Paying for items we won was extremely easy and the in-house shipping was wonderful, very reasonably priced and exceedingly fast. The jewelry items were nicely packed and awesome quality. Wonderful buying experience and looking forward to future auctions.

Very nice people to work with and great pieces for sale. They should handle all of their own shipping. And make the credit card payment process easier.

Easy transaction always

Santa Fe auction is professional, efficient, and timely.

First, I am very pleased with my purchase. The online description and photo was minimal but accurate. My low rating is in regard to the online release form and procedure. It is a rather intimidating legal document as well as requiring electronic initialing and signature. After spending hours at multiple attempts to fill it out and being unsuccessful, I called and told them it wasn't working. My call was bounced around to a few sympathetic staff until finally I spoke with someone who said that others have had the same problem and that I could send an email giving my permission for release. An email granting release to shippers of an already paid for item is standard for most other auction houses, it shouldn't be a last resort for this one. My purchase was months ago, yet the memory of this experience is still disconcerting. Be warned!
