The transportation experience is very poor. The auction house shows that transportation services are provided, but in reality, they are not provided. The quotation for contacting the designated third-party transportation company is very high, but we are still in communication

Admittedly a rather small item (18thC Chinese sandalwood box) but it was great that Hannam; s sent me a single invoice that included very reasonable shipping cost to USA making the whole process user friendly.

Hannam's provides a seamless auction and payment experience. This is my second or third lot purchased over the last year and I have not been disappointed. Description was accurate, shipping easy to organise and the lot arrived in good time and in good order-well/safely packed. Recommended!

I have bought several items from Hannams and usually pick up from their location, which has easy access. I have never had a problem and highly recommend them.

I should have asked for a condition report. The items were chipped with repairs glued. Plus there was a large chip which could not be easily seen in the photos. Live and learn always request a condition report

Not sure why an antique would be selling modern bronze but i mistatekly purchase. My mistake. After shipp and all their fees the price nearly doubled. There was some trouble getting the invoice. Overall, they didn't seem too helpful. I wouldn't purchase from Hannam again.
