1. Your great auction platform is being ruined by all the FAKE vintage jewelry one has to search through for actual vintage pieces. There should be a way to exclude from searches any item that is new. 2. It is a really big hassle to pay for some items, especially in Europe, then arrange for shipping, then follow the whole prociess. I wish there was a way to eliminate any auction house in my search that does not assist with shipping. 3. I have seen there are specific auction houses that have very high prices and seem like scams to me. I won't bit on those and in searches I would like to exclude those auction houses. 4. Compared to other online auction houses, your rates are a bit high. I am sure you already know this. If you are loosing customers to other auction houses, it is probably because of cost and search functions. 5. Some of the auction houses contact my email with a subject line that indicates there is an ongoing conversation. I have to click on the email, start to read it, realize it is an ad and then delete it. I do not want your auction houses contacting me when I have not been asked to participate in the auction. Can this practice be stopped please?
