Stay away! Poor customer service!
Buyer beware! I purchased a page of comic art and paid €90 for the shipping costs only to receive my package completely folded in half and the artwork creased across the middle. The art was shipped between two flimsy pieces of cardboard with no additional protection of any kind. I contacted the seller and provided photos of the badly damaged artwork and they are not willing to accept any responsibility despite the extremely poor and irresponsible packaging. They won't accept a return and won't even offer a partial refund. I basically paid €1100 for a badly damaged piece of art that does not match the item description at all. Will never deal with this auction house again.

I am truly mortified by what happened, but the packaging is the same one used for the last 10 years and no packages has ever arrived damaged (you can read this from the 80 positive comments received here on Live Auctioneers). Evidently someone wanted to deliberately damage the package by bending the package with extreme force. I am very happy to offer insured shipments upon request, but in this case it was not requested. For those who carry out express international shipments (delivery in 48 hours) they know very well that 90 euros from Italy to the USA is a ridiculously low amount.

Very reputable.
Good pre-auction contact. Had some problem with the credit card link but doing a wire transfer worked out better in the end. Shipping was inexpensive and very well packed.
