Doyle emailed a week after the auction to advise their consignment department could not be located before the sale, that the lot should not have been auctioned. They proved to be very professional in their communication and level of customer service, additionally stating they had tried to reach us by phone. LiveAuctioneers continues to show the lot as Invoice Pending... if there is any way this flag can be removed, it would be appreciated. Thank you.

Excellent service. Items came with their own tags that specify the auction; nice to have that documentation & well done, too. Shipping: supplied good recommendations for shippers. I went with United Shipping & Packing and had great service.

Response time to e mails was not good at all. excuse-office was closed question-you don't have auto response in this day and age?? We e mailed you the day after the Auction! Should that not have been updated through Live auctioneers site? invoice still says pending even though it is paid and received. Had a courier pick up the spoons They arrived-just beautiful-however you could not have put them in an envelope or wrapped with some tissue?? They just arrived with two tags on them Not the worst experience on Live Auctioneers but no where near the top 60 or 70 experiences

Product was not Schlumberger as described. These items were still very desired but not accurate. I emailed three times for verification and did not get a response. Otherwise happy with transaction and shipping. The merchandise condition was as described. Luxury and designer pieces should be double checked before listing.

The shippers on Doyle's list were largely unresponsive, expensive, and/or unprofessional.

The pictures did not reflect the condition of the items. Upon pickup, we see shippers and receivers dragging the item in the elevator and on to the floor. There was no protection used whatsoever. 1 day before pickup we had asked to see the product to see if it will fit in the truck-and front desk personnel is extremely unprofessional-they can sell art or memorabilia or small goods but large pieces of furniture-they are absolutely not equipped to do it
