Paid items not available
Paid for both items but was informed almost 1 month later that one of the items is not available, asking if I want a refund or a similar item. While the other item (bearing the mark of "Made in year of Qian Long" is clearly a contemporary piece.

The first item is sent to you on time. Concerning the second unavailable teapot, we did contact you for more than three items. However, you never responded. The "Qian Long Mark" could not guarantee the year of the art item. It is a vintage hand-painted teapot at least for 30 years old according to our appreciation.

Received something different from what I bid for
Overall, the quality of the items are very disappointing. Second, one of items I received is different from what I bid for, worse yet, incomplete, missing part; Third, do not expect refund, at least not full amount (do not mention extra costs involved such as packaging costs, shipping costs, custom taxes...) as they do not realise they should be responsible for sending something different from what the customer ordered; Last but not least, the best way to protect the interest of our own as purchaser, is not to purchase

The bidder requested too much. The bidder is partially refunded with a reasonable amount for the small imperfection. According to our policy, the foreign country's custom goes to the bidder. We offer the bidder the cheapest shipping quote after everything is packed well. As an auction house, standing between the seller and the buyer, we need to respect the opinions for both sides.
