After one failed mystery box disappointment I went ahead on a second one. A genuine glutton for punishment. A collection of dirty (dare I say filthy) and sun faded Legos. Think I learned my lesson this time. Dimensions and weight of boxes would have been helpful. Even if the Legos were clean not worth what I bid for them. Live and learn. That being said the people are very pleasant to deal with.

Live and die buy the mystery box. Roll of the dice and mine came up snake eyes.

Beginner’s luck I guess. An extra large work coat which happens to fit me perfectly. BUT, in the jacket pocket. A TEN OUNCE SILVER INGOT! No joke. I washed the coat and now it’s my lucky work coat!!!

didn't receive my item. contacted seller twice. still have not received. my item

Won auction on Aug 24-waited a month received nothing. Started emailing them with no reply. Got Live Auctioneers involved-still nothing. 2 months pass. All of a sudden someone calls to verify my address. I verify it, then I get sent another invoice!! I reluctantly pay the increased shipping cost that was not on the original bill, email them with no response again. Communication is horrible, will never buy from again. Live Auctioneers was helpful though and responded promptly. You rae taking a big chance buying from these guys.

Such a delightful experience all way around

Started out with them Calling me at 7:30am on a Sunday, which also happened to be new years day, demanding payment, not 12 hours after the auction finished. paying zero attention to time zones. How ever they were processing credit cards kept alerting my bank and locking my account, never been an issue, elsewhere. Guys have terrible attitudes. Pushy. The item I won arrived broken with no keys. Once I asked for the keys I was ignored. Liveauctioneers helped, I sent photos of the items as requested and never really received any communication back. Glad I spent all that money on a black useless box..

I won this item on 4/25. The payment process was crazy because you have to pay over the phone and it still took days for the payment to be processed (I think he wrote it down-chills). I called after a few weeks of waiting and was told would ship in next three days. After another two weeks have gone by, I still have not received any tracking info. Unfortunate because everyone I eventually spoke to was nice enough but no follow through and the lag time is just crazy. I have ordered multiple things since from other auction houses, even something from outside the USA, and have received, framed, and hung up. The shipping was exorbitant and I still cannot get this shippped just down the eastern seaboard! I wish there was better service because I would have ordered other things but "eventually" is not a good shipping protocol.

Item I won was a photocopy, not an original. Not an expensive item but not happy no one even got back to me.

My daughter was a very big Piazza fan. We live in Los Angeles and always root for the Dodgers. When Mike became part of the Dodger team in 1988, she fell in love with him when she was 12. When he left the team so was really upset. She collected every baseball card of his that she could find. I hope that at 47 she still likes him and will enjoy the item.

Buyer beware. This sign was presented on the website as “antique”. LOL! It was a fuzzy looking (lacking clarity), sticker on. Piece of Masonite board. I put it back in the box and threw it in the trash. Buyer beware. Never again.

If I could give less than one star I would

It took months for the item to be mailed and when it arrived it was so poorly printed and so fuzzy as to be unusable.

Found bakers hard to contact a few times. Had to get LiveAuctioneers to do it for me. Would have been be better to be charged once for the products and shipping like other auction houses. but other wise happy with my purchase

The item has been replicated from a low resolution photograph and printed on a cheap piece of cardboard.

Not sure why this items says mot paid for. I Pais for the item an have received it. Somewhere we have a mistake

Baker's Antiques and Auctions is my favorite company! I called the company to give them my credit card information to pay for the items I bid and won. The man who answered was so personable and accommodating. All the items came nicely packed and he even included free items, that was much appreciated! Excellent customer service! This company is interested in their clients!

Won several items, and always found a staff that was helpful and courteous. They are happy to guide you through the sale process.

I bought an sign about 5 weeks ago and haven’t received it. I try to contact them several times on till finely did, they said they’ll get back to me and never did, I have been trying to talk to them again and they don’t pick up the phone

I filed a dispute, never received a response but did eventually receive my product.

I thought this was an old sign when in fact it was factory made piece of cardboard

I was concerned with doing business with them after ready so many negative reviews but I don’t have one negative thing to say. Items came in the condition described, perfectly packed, even came with a nice complimentary note pad, pen, magnet and some other goodies. Shipping took just over 2 weeks from paying to receiving it. That’s really it, a pleasure to do business with.

It took me exactly 3 weeks to get it from the time I paid for it. It arrived in good condition as described.

I only bought one little lot, very inexpensive. Easy to ship and arrived in good shape. No problems no issues.

3 months later and have not received item. No response to emails or calls. No response to intervention by Live Auctioneers.

I won "& PAID FOR" my item as soon as auction ended. Never received my item. Many emails and a run around with instructions on what to do (which I followed) & I still do not have my item!!!! Poor business ethic! VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!

Gets the job done

Terrible shipping delays. Items I received are damaged. Bulk Pokemon cards with almost no value at all, not a single rare card. I have been scammed don't buy from this place.
